Malterminé!

We arrived back in Paris late last night. But… Our luggage didn’t make it with us! Yikes. A tight connection and delays caused by people checking in late are the guilty culprits.

It’s Sunday. Very few stores are open today in Paris. All of our clothes and other spare items are in storage. We leave in the very wee hours of the morning tomorrow for a week in Italy.

We hope that the nice people at Air France will have it delivered to us today, before our flight tomorrow! If not, then I guess we’ll be traveling light…

Update: It is now certain that we will not have our bags tonight. This after many calls to them and getting many different stories from them. They think they might be able to deliver to us our bags in Italy. What a laugh! I’m betting that it’ll end up following us around from hotel to hotel while we stay one step ahead. Or, at best, we’ll have an additional two weeks worth of luggage from our stay in Corsica to cart around while we travel in Italy. Thanks, Air France! C’est vraiment génial ça!

C’est le coucher du soleil vu vers nord-ouest, de Cargèse, Corse. Qu’est-ce que c’est beau!

Back in Paris

We are back in Paris, if only for a few days. Seven cities in three countries in 8 days, always on the move. It was quite interesting but exhausting.
